ATM Processing
The ATM Processing System delivers automated banking services to financial institution customers. Full integration with the ITI Premier system allows direct access to demand deposit and savings account balances for transaction authorization. DDA and savings balances are also available for inquiry and memoposting, including transfers between accounts.

On-Line Security Control

Security control is incorporated into ATM specifications. A log records changes made to the specifications and the individuals responsible.

ATM Services Defined By Institution
Every institution has a unique set of parameters defining automated teller services, including daily withdrawal limits for cash, credit card, and point-of-sale. In addition, one of five balance types is available for withdrawal and inquiry purposes.

Withdrawal Privileges
Withdrawal limits can be set at the institution or customer level. An institution can differentiate between "old" and "new" accounts for withdrawal privileges. Daily withdrawal limits are based on one of five balance types:
  • Memo Available Balance + DDA Loan Credit Limit
  • Memo Available Balance + DDA Loan Credit Limit + Client-Defined Margin
  • Memo Ledger Balance
  • Memo Ledger Balance + DDA Loan Credit Limit

Service Charges
ATM activity charges are computed automatically and passed to the Premier system for posting to customer accounts. Individual charges can be consolidated by day for all transaction activity and debited once as a client-defined "ATM Service Charge Description". Alternatively, charges can be posted individually per transaction to provide customers with more detail.

Bill Payment Module
The Bill Payment Module (BPM) gives customers an efficient alternative to checks and postage by automatically generating payments they authorize verbally or electronically.

BPM Benefits
The BPM system can increase funds held on deposit at a financial institution. Customers centralize their funds for payment and control, while merchants and tax agencies maintain accounts that benefit them with same day transfers and improved cash flow.

Payments made electronically can cost as little as one-third the amount of payments made by check.
BPM is a new source of revenue with automatic payment charges.
Customers appreciate the convenience BPM offers.

Premier Messenger
Premier Messenger combines event management with immediate electronic notification so that the moment a specified account event occurs, the customer, bank staff, or both can be notified by E-mail or an online message.
 
Paperless Item Module
The Paperless Item Module (PIM) is a comprehensive system for managing and controlling the processing of ACH transactions via data communications or on-line input. PIM offers a complete and efficient means for an institution to become an active participant in the Automated Clearing House (ACH) System.

Premiereport
Premiereport is middleware that runs on any application server that collects information from the Internet. By itself, Premiereport can collect any kind of information using a standard or customized HTML document (standard files are included in the Premiereport package). Premiereport can also collect information from an internal source such as ITI's Premierecom.

With its versatile capacity for gathering data from a variety of sources, Premiereport is an excellent foundation for launching an Internet strategy that suits the needs of your institution and your customers.


TeleBanc
TeleBanc provides a resourceful tool to any institution by allowing customers to verify current account balances, transfer funds, request transaction information, inquire into current interest rates, order checks, place stop payments and leave messages for their banking representatives from any touch tone telephone.
